La Petite Ferme

La Petite Ferme is a wonderful place to stay and/or visit the restaurant if you’re visiting Franschhoek. The people are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our suite had stunning views of the vineyard with complete privacy, we felt like we were the only ones there. We only planned to eat at the restaurant the first night but it was so good that we went back the second night. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on a future trip to South Africa.

Recommend a stay. The views are stunning, the rooms lovely and they catered for our vegan diet amazingly.

Our Stay at Le Petite Ferme was absolutely amazing. Our suite with a private pool, made you feel like we were the only ones on the property, and the incredible view we had that stretched across the vineyards into the gorgeous mountains is so scenic and just incredible. The staff, especially manager Johan went over and beyond to make this stay unforgettable. We highly recommend staying here if you visit the Franschoek wine area in South Africa.

Our stay at La Petite Ferme in Franschhoek was nothing short of spectacular. We booked here for our honeymoon and from the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property and the warmth of the service. Our room was immaculate, incredibly spacious, and beautifully designed, offering a breathtaking view of the vineyards and mountains. It truly felt like having our own private slice of wine country. Waking up to that scenery every morning was an unforgettable experience. The food and wine were exceptional, showcasing the best of the region. We loved it so much that we couldn’t leave without bringing home multiple cases of their incredible wines! However, what truly made our stay remarkable was the service. Johan, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. He greeted us daily, reviewed our itinerary, and even introduced us to more private, hands-on wineries, giving us a deeper, more personal look at Franschhoek’s wine scene. Thanks to him, we discovered hidden gems beyond the typical tourist spots, making our visit truly one of a kind. Throughout our stay, we always felt well taken care of, and we cannot recommend La Petite Ferme more highly. If you’re looking for an unforgettable stay in Franschhoek with stunning views, world-class wine, and unparalleled hospitality, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to return!

Without doubt the highlight of our three month trip to Africa, From the moment you walk through the doors and be greeted by Johan you are taken into another world that you wont wish to leave. The attentive and caring service provided by Johan and his team will set the tone for your stay, the food and wine are sublime, the views over the valley will beat any other Franschoek property. The peace and tranquility of La Petite Ferme cannot be beaten. We loved our two nights so much that we cancelled our next stop and remained here, such was the pulling power of LPF....be sure you leave ample time to enjoy the property without running off in search of the next wine tasting! You will not be disappointed. it had been 17 years since we last visited ,,,,,we are now planning our next ...and it wont be in 17 years!!

This is our second stay, and La Petite Ferme exceded our expectations again. The rooms are so comfortable and well decorated, the restaurant has amazing food, and the staff is so warm and friendly. Definitely worth visiting!
